Friday afternoon drawing

A Friday afternoon painting exercise. I almost exclusively use Corel Painter for my digital painting work.
This is a copy of a great portrait done by classical painter Paul Delaroche you can see the original here. I don't know if the original was black and white or not.

Nice painting, it has a surreal kinda feel. Love the background.

Wonderful study of the original. Kept all the character and then some.

I don't know how into the whole Open Source/ShopTalk thing you are, but have you ever thought about saving one of your paintings' scripts to share online? Or just recording a script as a movie?
